Costa Rican Constituation Amendment Costa Rican Congresswomen/men presented on May 9 a Constitutional
amendment for review to the Congress, to: 1. Create an additional
Right: The right of having or not having a Digital Identity (in spanish
it is called: Personalidad Virtual) to be added in the Bill of Rights
(derechos fundamentales). Human RIghts specialist comented today at the
Forum that the virtual rights, -the right of not having or having a
